You will get a personalized A+ rated home inspection with a full written report, not just a checklist. My reports are thorough and will be forwarded to you within 1 day. Included in my report is a civil and structural observation, measurement of any RADON presence and a Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Report. My fees are extremely reasonable as I perform all inspections and reports myself. I perform home inspections 7 days a week and on very short notice.
